OVERVIEW
Welcome to Natural Riders.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Natural Riders. Natural Riders operates this online store and website, including the information, content, features, products and services made available through naturalriders.co.nz (the “Services”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, describe the terms that apply when you visit our website or purchase from Natural Riders.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your name, email address, billing information, payment information and delivery address.
You are responsible for checking that your order and delivery details are correct before submitting your order.
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device, screen and settings you use.
Product descriptions, availability and prices may be changed from time to time.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law where a product does not correspond with its description or otherwise fails to meet a legal consumer guarantee.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
An order is subject to acceptance by Natural Riders and successful payment processing.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been a genuine pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of our store.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are those applicable at the time an order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors.
Shipping charges are displayed separately where applicable.
Orders delivered outside New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are normally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
You agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information.
We may offer promotions or discounts from time to time. Additional conditions may apply to individual promotions.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Natural Riders currently offers online shipping to New Zealand and Australia.
Shipping rates, estimated delivery times and other delivery information are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, rural delivery, customs, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where Natural Riders arranges delivery to a consumer, nothing in these Terms transfers responsibility for delivery in a manner that would remove or reduce rights or remedies the customer has under applicable consumer law.
If an order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your name and order number so we can assist.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Our voluntary change-of-mind policy does not replace your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer guarantees.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, the Natural Riders name, branding, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, text and original website content belong to Natural Riders or are used with permission.

Shopify's names, trademarks, logos and technology remain the property of Shopify or its licensors.

Natural Riders is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Natural Riders.
Shopify provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our store but is not the seller of Natural Riders products.
Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal information collected through our store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
Because our online store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may process information necessary to provide its ecommerce services.
