Natural Riders Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for supporting Natural Riders. We aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible and provide tracking for our current shipping destinations.

New Zealand Shipping

New Zealand orders are sent using tracked shipping.

Shipping rate: $10 NZD
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery.

Australia Shipping

Australian orders are sent using tracked shipping.

Shipping rate: $25 NZD
Estimated transit time: 3–6 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible. Orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by rural delivery, carrier delays, customs, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

Natural Riders currently offers online shipping to New Zealand and Australia. We intend to introduce additional international destinations as suitable shipping options become available.

Customs & Import Charges

Orders sent outside New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If your order is significantly delayed or you have concerns about tracking, please contact Natural Riders with your name and order number so we can assist.
